Natalie Coughlin Swims with the
Pirates!
Olympic gold medalist Natalie Coughlin joined
the YMCA Presidio Aquatics Club for its regular Thursday
morning practice one recent day. Natalie warmed up and
demonstrated some of her favorite drills to the 50 swimmers
present, then cheered on during relays. After practice the
team got to sit down with Natalie and ask her questions about her
career, her early years, the excitement of winning Olympic Gold,
and her interest in cooking.
Pirate parent Mary Jane Call blogged about
Natalie’s visit at her
Wise Ideas site.
